We want you to love your hacky sack! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
