✅ Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or after delivery are not eligible for return.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned Ballsak, we'll inspect it and notify you within 3-5 business days
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
